Easy Virgin Mojito

With Summer around the corner, it’s time for refreshing drinks! I’m so excited to introduce you to Easy Virgin Mojito!

This classic cocktail is alcohol-free, meaning you can drink a couple of glasses or three without feeling dizzy! It’s perfect for summer parties, and it’s kid-friendly!

Making this mojito requires just 5 ingredients and 5 minutes!

Easy Virgin Mojito

This recipe has been given to me by my brother, who used to work as a bartender. First, we crush fresh mint with lime and rum syrup. This step allows the mint to release flavors and the lime some juice.

To give our mojitos a more authentic flavor, we are using rum syrup. It is an alcohol-free syrup that tastes exactly like rum without the alcohol! You definitely won’t miss the rum in this mojito!

Rum syrup is an alcohol-free syrup that is perfect to make your virgin mojitos taste more authentic. Just add a couple of tablespoons for a surprising rum flavor!

Next, fill your glasses with ice, and pour in apple juice and sparkling water.

I went with apple juice, but you could definitely use white grape juice if you prefer.

I would recommend adding a bit more sparkling water if using white grape juice, though, as it’s usually sweeter than apple juice. Feel free to taste and adjust the sweetness to your liking!

Easy Virgin Mojito

Garnish with more mint leaves and serve! It’s perfectly sweet, packed with refreshing lime and mint, and has a delicate rum aroma!

The given recipe is for one mojito, but it can easily be quadrupled to make a pitcher!
